Picto Kits are made to order and ship out within 7 days (usually sooner). Picto Kits is not responsible for how USPS, FEDEX, UPS, or any shipping service treats packages during transit. Although, the outer packaging may acquire some damage during shipping, the actual product inside the box should not be damaged. If you need the box in good condition, please reach out to us and let us know you need extra packaging.
